Part of one of Japan's largest ramen chains, Santouka is famous for their basic shio ramen with a white tonkotsu broth, which comes served with a little pickled plum in their signature blue don buri bowls. If you like your ramen to come with a bit of a kick, try their spicy miso variety which is made with three kinds of chili peppers and guaranteed to raise your temperature! The noodles they use are a little thinner than usual and always served at just the right ‘bite’. Get there early (or late!) because there are always queues at lunch and dinner time.
