Hogstone's Wood Oven
It's all the usual good stuff (farm to table, local, organic, sustainable, farmer-owned, wood-fired, etc.) but made great. Chef and Farmer Jay Blackinton is doing something truly special here in this tucked-away gem of a restaurant in the most beautiful place you may have never heard of. He's a little crazy, in the best way possible, and the whole experience will make you feel like the luckiest duck on the planet.
