After dinner, walk a few blocks to Bassac Lane, the capital’s cocktail nexus, where a slew of craft bars squeeze into one narrow alley. Orient yourself at Harry’s rooftop martini bar, which serves Khmer twists on the classic cocktail (ask for the lychee martini with lime) and Cambodian craft beers. In the main bar downstairs, the decor hearkens back to the postwar era with vintage posters and leather suitcases. The aproned bartenders are good conversationalists, so plan on making some new friends.
