Near the southern end of Welchman Hall Gully in the Parish of St. Thomas you’ll find Harrison’s Cave, one of the treasured natural wonders of Barbados. It’s a spectacular crystallized limestone cavern seen nowhere else in the Caribbean. It mesmerizes visitors with bubbling streams, thundering waterfalls, deep pools of crystal clear water, and stalagmites rising from the ground like towers. Knowledgeable tour guides can take thrill-seekers on a tram down under for an awesome look at the massive cave, whose walls glisten as water drips from the roof. For bragging rights when you get home, pose for a snap at the Souvenir Photo Booth.
