Barbecue in all its forms is delicious, by my preferred style is Texan. In a warehouse district near the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, you'll find Hard Eight BBQ, an ode to Texas barbecue. When you arrive, place your order at the pit (meat is sold market-style, so feel free to get a little or a lot). The brisket, chicken, and bacon-wrapped shrimp poppers are especially good. When you go inside, your meat will be weighed and you can grab silverware and a drink. Then, choose your sides and a dessert and head to the condiments bar, where you can pick up a free bowl of beans. Finally it'll be time to devour your bounty; you won't be disappointed.
