The pedestrian-friendly waterfront offers a ton of activities within close proximity to the cruise port. The promenade is enlivened by thought-provoking public art, enterprising street vendors and on-key bagpipe players when the weather is right. Seafood restaurants, pubs and souvenir shops run along the seaside stretch as do some of Halifax's most popular attractions, including the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 and the Halifax Seaport Farmers Market.
