Gusto Wine Tours

A Unique Wine Experience in Umbria
Our day with Mark from Gusto Wine Tours was certainly a highlight of our trip to Italy. We were introduced to the amazing Sagrantino grape and to several wine makers who specialize in converting it into one of the most unique, bold, and delicious reds you'll ever experience.

The day included visits to three local wineries and a delicious lunch with Mark acting as host, educator, and chauffeur.

Afterwards, Mark took the bottles that we purchased along the way and his wife Giselle saw to it that they were shipped to our front door in the U.S. at a price that still kept the per bottle amount comparable to what we pay at the local grocery for much less notable wine.

My wife and I consider ourselves smart travelers and normally avoid organized tours, but I'm glad we made the exception with Gusto Wine Tours. A great, great day.
