Contrary to the wise-guy promise of its name, the Great Alaskan Tourist Trap delivers a tasteful selection of quality Alaskan gifts. Opened in 2005, the shop offers the full gamut of items, including books with a local flavor, hand-crafted jewelry and soaps, as well as Alaska-inspired objects such as miniature totem poles and baskets.
