Sleep in Style at Oslo's Grand Hotel
130-year old Grand Hotel is perhaps Oslo's most well-known hotel. It is certainly one of the most luxurious and central, with a splendid location on Oslo's high street Karl Johan. Boasting an entire floor dedicated to Norwegian women, the hotel also has a spa, a colonial style restaurant complete with palm trees, a café with a heavy literary and artistic history and suites galore. The hotel was Ibsen and Nansen's second home, and is currently being used by the Nobel laureates while in Oslo for the Peace Prize ceremony.
