This stunning stretch of white sand beach lives up to it's reputation as the prettiest beach on the island, even the locals agree.
It's not terribly difficult to find if you have a car. Just head east toward Lucaya National Park (location is approximate on this map). There are some trails on the right side of the road that lead to the beach. They are marked. its a short trek through the mangroves that opens up to this splendid scene.
I went on the off season so there was literally one or two other people there. But its a big enough stretch of beach that there is plenty to go around.
One word of caution: there is no shade here at all and the sun can get very hot. Either bring your own shade or lots of sunscreen. It's worth it.
