Gibbs Cay

This pristine, uninhabited islet that's 1.6 kilometers (one mile) off Grand Turk's coast makes for a popular day trip. The shallow crystalline waters are perfect for snorkeling, and the biggest draw is the chance to swim with stingrays (who are actually quite docile and friendly). Other activities on the small speck of land include searching for ospreys and walking among the sea oats in the interior. Note: The eastern side of the isle is rocky.
