Every Sunday you can head down to the Mons train station and just in front of it there is a flower market. The stalls are set up all around the statue of King Leopold. If flowres aren’t your thing, then just a few blocks away you can catch the regular Sunday market where you can buy fruits, vegetables and just about everything else.
