Two-Michelin-Star Greek Molecular Gastronomy
Dinner at Funky Gourmet in Athens includes everything from dramatic dry ice and miniature shovels to sparkly doughnuts and disguised cheese. Like this dish: “the feta cheese that wished to be a beetroot.” Avant garde Greek cuisine very deserving of their two Michelin stars. I've never enjoyed a more whimsical meal.
