Hanging with the Animals of Frying Pan Farm
If you've ever wondered what life on the farm was like for people during the 1920s-1950s, Frying Pan Farm Park gives you a glimpse into just that. The park is open everyday from dawn to dusk and is part of the Floris Community in Fairfax County. This is a fun activity for families and kids can even take beginner horseback riding classes if they are interested. The Wagon Ride is a popular part of the farm and the Visitor's Center is filled with information about the park. Admission is free.
