Since I'm in Stockholm for the week due to work, I found myself a soccer game to get to, as I usually try to do when traveling.
The Swedish national team plays in the Friends Arena and on this night were hosting Germany in a World Cup qualifying game.
Since it was such a big game, although not overly important since Germany had already won the group before kick-off, it was a wide opened game with lots of attacking and lots of goals. The Germans won, 5-3!

Sweden's new national stadium
Friends Arena opened last year in Stockholm and is where the Swedish national team plays its international games. The stadium can hold 50,000 soccer fans but also 65,000 concert goers. In this new stadium Bruce Springsteen has the record attendance, which he established this past May (2013) when 56,840 fans came to see him and the E Street Band.
