Follow in the footsteps of the Oyster Bay Tribe—aboriginals who walked these bush tracks some 30,000 years ago—during this four-day, three-night excursion along Tasmania's east coast. The daily guided activities include traveling by boat to remote and rarely explored parts of Freycinet National Park; hiking mountains, clifftops, and fossil-rich ridgelines; strolling along pristine beaches and hidden lagoons; and wildlife spotting galore. You’ll also visit Wineglass Bay, a curvaceous sheltered stretch of sand reached via craggy cliffs and widely considered one of the world's most beautiful beaches. You can travel light with just a camera and a small daypack, knowing that it’s back to Friendly Beaches Lodge each evening for indulgent meals, wine, and chocolates.
