My New Favorite Ethnic Food
I don't really know a lot about Peruvian food, but I do know that I want to know more and eat more of it. We had some delicious appetizers - the calamari was great. I don't remember the name of the dish, but it was a type a steak sautéed with vegetables, served with rice. The steak was tender and the seasoning just right.
