Meet Sydney's Best New Restaurant
We’d follow Chez Panisse alum Danielle Alvarez anywhere. This summer, you’ll find us enjoying her trans-Pacific sensibility at new restaurant, Fred's, where we'll nibble scallion and fava leaf tips along with radishes roasted camping-style and served with marrow butter. The food will be fresh, local, and always in season, Alvarez having secured suppliers in the Blue Mountains and fertile Hawkesbury.
