The West End Wonder!
You’ll find me brunching here most weekends. There is nothing I don’t love about Forage! If I’m up earlier I’ll catch their ‘Hair of the Dog’ brunch special which runs from 9-10am and serves up a classic Benny with either a caesar, mimosa or beer for $12. Chef Chris Whittaker and his team provide a stand-out experience every time. Forage is all about sustainable, ethical, local and organic. The eggs are free-range, the bacon and sausages made in-house, and treats like bison and elk are on the menu. Superb service makes this one of the city’s most popular brunch places. Definitely book a reservation.
I agree with Nikki, this place is superb.
I went to forage after reading this review and it sure did not disappoint. I sat alone at the bar for brunch and happened to have a couple guys who live across the street as my neighbors, they said they're here pretty much every day. The food was phenomenal and the ambiance is bright, cheerful and L
ively. Thank God I'm in Vancouver for another 4 days because I will go back. If you do go, go hungry and order the duck confit Frittata with brie. Out of this world. actually, out of this galaxy.
