Salsa Made Tableside
Cholula is a restaurant owned by Jose Cuervo - right across the street from their distillery/emporium in central Tequila. The restaurant name comes from the hot sauce sold across the US that I love - and hadn't realized was tied to Cuervo. The restaurant is good. It isn't homey - but the food and drinks are good. The best thing is the guacamole and the salsa made table side. Order them both, and tell them how spicy to make them. I recommend some habanero in the salsa.
