Although Finca is one of my favorite dinner restaurants, I've recently been forgoing an evening meal and opting for a fabulous brunch.
Finca has it all. Olive oil and chocolate pancakes with orange honey. Trout with fried chickpeas and peppers. A fried egg sandwich with thick slices of bacon and Manchego cheese. House biscuits with eggs, lamb gravy, and and scrambled eggs. An omelet with seasonal vegetables. Not to mention the salads and fruit plate with house ricotta (pictured).
Something for everyone, no?
To top it off, the alcoholic drinks are superb. The house mixologist has been named "Best Mixologist" by Salt Lake magazine, and you can expect to try concoctions like Smuggler’s Solution (Reposado tequila, Amontillado sherry, Green Chartreuse, strawberry shrub, Boker’s bitters, thyme).
Dinner, brunch, or lunch, it's sure to be a good meal.
