A skyline of roof tops filled with satellite dishes in Fez, Morocco
Traveling to Morocco was one of the items on my bucket list and it turned out to be a trip of a lifetime. Upon arriving in Fez, we went to the top of a hill overlooking the view of Fez's walled city inside the medina. Fez's residents today still live within the medina where there are no cars and they carry out their daily lives just like residents before them did hundreds or I dare say thousands of years ago. It was impressive, inspiring and moving. The tallest building in the city is the mosque's minaret. As we looked closer, we saw roof tops filled with satellite dishes.
