FCC offers the best views & photography exhibitsThe FCC (Foreign Correspondents Club) was founded as a watering hole and meeting spot for journalists and photographers, back when food and drink choices were slim in the city. (The work of some of those journalists can be admired along the hallways of this three-story, colonial building, in the form of black-and-white photography.) Today, the FCC is still lively and very respected for a menu that marries Cambodian and Western flavors and options. The terrace at FCC also offers the best seats in the city for gazing out over the Sisowath Quay and the Tonlé Sap River.
