Duck At Its Finest
When in Denver, go to Euclid Hall in LoDo. They have a wide range of handcrafted beer and creative food such as Pad Thai pig ears and bruléed marrow bones. The most delicious dish I've had thus far is the Chips and Dip: lemon goat cheese, oolong tea smoked rare duck breast, duck confit, Kennebec potato chips, and baby dill. The oolong duck was frozen after smoked and shaved (served cold). The confit was sort of shredded and served warm. It was the perfect marriage of sweet, savory, crunchy and soft. The staff is friendly and more than willing to educate about the beer.
