Euclid Hall in LoDo serves not just a wide range of handcrafted beer, but truly creative food such as Pad Thai pig ears and bruléed marrow bones. The most delicious dish I've eaten here (thus far!) is the Chips and Dip: lemon goat cheese, oolong-tea-smoked rare duck breast, duck confit, Kennebec potato chips, and baby dill. The oolong duck had been smoked and shaved into thin slices and served cold; the confit was shredded and served warm. It was the perfect marriage of sweet, savory, crunchy and soft, and temperature. The staff is friendly and eager to educate diners about the beer on tap.
