Japanese Cooking with Elizabeth Andoh
One of the breakouts on our Experience in Tokyo
was a cooking class with Elizabeth Andoh, who is very well known in the world of Japanese Cooking. From the moment we entered her home, she had everything laid out for us, perfectly organized and detailed. We learned about the different base flavors used in Japanese cooking, and how to make our own dishes with these flavors. It was a wonderful learning experience, and I can’t wait to start using what I learned in my own cooking at home!
