All Things Music at Electric Fetus
Electric Fetus record store has been serving music heads in the community since 1968. Its roots are in the hippie scene of the '60s and '70s, evidenced by tales like the Streakers Sales (where customers were allowed to take all they could carry for free as long as they were in the nude). The shop has since adapted with the times, but it's still a countercultural focal point, with intimate in-store performances from touring and local bands. The block-long store is packed with CDs, vinyl, tapes, and DVDs of classics and current indie favorites, and they have a focus on local artists.
