Upon arriving to El Nido, the last stop on our Intrepid Travel tour, we took a stroll through the downtown area in search for some grub. There were plenty of options to choose from but we ultimately settled on the El Nido Boutique & Artcafe and I'm so happy that we did.
The two-level restaurant overlooks the ocean and there is even direct access to the beach. I dipped my toes in the water while waiting for my food to arrive and also took some photos from the upstairs terrace. There are traditional tables but I snagged one of the cushioned seats that face outward toward the sea. Comfortable and covered by shade, it was the perfect pit-stop on our journey.
The menu is fairly extensive but the specialties are definitely pasta and pizza. I opted for a cool class of white wine and ordered the seafood pasta, which was delicious. I also had a slice of pizza and that was very flavorful as well. This is a great spot for lunch, dinner or drinks with a fantastic view of the shore.
