Familiar Ingredients Transformed into New Dishes
Ireland is not necessarily the first country that comes to mind for those following their stomachs to their next destination, but maybe it should. A respect for the amazing local ingredients drives the menu here. It can get quite busy, if you don't have a reservation I recommend sneaking in right as it opens for an early meal. The crab salad and goat cheese souffle with gnocchi were stunning, selection of chocolates for dessert!
