Dubb Restaurant has an excellent reputation for good quality, tasty Indian cuisine that consistently attracts international guests. Located up from the entrance to the Basilica Cistern, the restaurant offers street-side dining on one of Sultanahmet’s liveliest laneways, or rooftop tables with uninterrupted views of the Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque.
The menu, prepared by head chef Vinod Kumar Chouhan, sports all the Indian favorites. Start with pakoras and samosas, before sharing the murg makhan masala (buttered chicken), lamb vindaloo, dal, or palak paner. Roti and nan are available as is the refreshing yogurt drink of lassi that softens the bite of a strong curry.
