“Go, go, go! Faster, faster. Accelerate all the way!” Only in Vegas.
I slammed the accelerator to the floor as the Ferrari F430 GT shrieked onto the straightaway, quickly speeding up to 100 miles per hour. That 512 horsepower engine was quickly schooling me on its super responsiveness.
“Now up shift,” directed my instructor, Antonio Pallaun, into our in-helmet intercom system from the passenger seat.
I pressed the paddle shift on my steering wheel and the engine impressively howled.
“Up shift again,” Antonio yelled.
I was topping 120 m.p.h. on the straightaway and it felt awesome.
