Dine and Dance Panameña: Las TinajasThis popular restaurant serves a practically gourmet version of Panama’s down-home specialties. And every evening from Tuesday through Saturday at 9 p.m., diners are entertained with a floorshow that offers a glance of the traditional costumes and custom from the nation’s interior provinces Los Santos, Herrera, and Veraguas. Through different dances—like “dirty diabolicals,” zaracundé, cumbia, tamborito, and punto—the story is told of how these traditions came to be.
