Pasta in Rome is an art and the chefs at Dillà are masters of their craft. My family and I went to Rome prepared to eat at all of the restaurants that I'd researched beforehand, but once there, we ended up settling for restaurant suggestions from our hotel's concierge instead.
On our first night in Rome, our concierge directed us to Dillà which was just a short walk from our hotel in the Centro Storico area of the city. I ordered and was presented with this beautiful plate of Bucatini all'Amatriciana. Sheer perfection!
