Delphines Public Beach, the first beach on the strip, offers a wide swath of cool white sand and fresh blue sea to explore. This is a great place to sit in the shade of your own palapa, watch the water change colors, and cool off with a romp in the surf. It is free, open to the public, and provides ample parking with security. Pack a beach towel, sun block, and plenty to drink however you can most likely pickup anything you've forgotten nearby. If the the red flags are flying use extra caution while swimming; the strong tide can be daunting.
