New lower east side lounge Delilah, brings a sophisticated yet relaxed feel to brunch with Mediterranean tapas and craft cocktails. Their combination of smooth jazz music, mood lighting via edison bulbs & candles, and cozy booth seating invite you to linger over your bottomless brunch until well past normal brunching hours. If you prefer to make your choices a la carte, ask one of their helpful and attentive servers to start you off with their take on a traditional Moroccan classic: the harira soup with grilled pita & lemon and move on to one of their snacks- preferably the much raved about crispy brussel sprouts with smoked paprika. For your main dish, consider the tasty Latin inspired egg scramble with chorizo, scallions and manchego cheese.
The cocktail list includes 8 original creations made especially for Delilah by master mixologist, Rael Petit, so you can't really go wrong with anything you choose to drink, but for something really special and brunch worthy, ask for their off menu version of a mimosa- you won't be disappointed.
Delilah also has a great tapas menu for dinner and a beautiful lounge & event space nestled just behind a velvet curtain at the back, providing additional reasons to visit, besides a great brunch.
