Newspapers are still super popular in London -- especially on Sunday. There are about 10 different ones to choose from, too, from The Sun to The Mirror, to the Telegraph, the Times, the Guardian, the Observer and more. You can spend your whole day getting through all of them. While most choose just one or two, media types like myself buy the whole lot, grab a farm table at a gastropub or local CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale Pub) and spend hours reading all the different sections, supplements and goss pages. On my first Sunday in town, I was on the hunt for the perfect spot from which to do this. I don't live in SoHo, but was meeting a friend there later on, so I figured I'd find somewhere suitable. After walking around for quite a bit, I settled on this lovely spot and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The vibe was friendly and chill; the burger was juicy and there was a resident dog! Groups of friends dropped in for a Sunday roast, while others, like me, came for a coffee or a pint. It was an "Anything Goes" type of place and I'd definitely go back.
