Cortijo El Rosario is famous throughout Central America for its breeding and showing of Spanish and Lusitano purebred horses, and its grounds are open to the public for daily demonstrations of equestrian training. Visits include a traditional lunch accompanied by folkloric dance and music performances. The gorgeous landscaped grounds invite lingering.
