Snorkeling in the most bio-diverse river basin in the world - in Georgia
When you think about Georgia, it's not usually snorkeling that comes to mind. But right on the border in the Conasuaga River is a shallow basin filled with mesmerizing fish. One summer afternoon my husband and I took our kids to this remote river to see the gorgeous creatures that lay beneath the surface. This area is home to the most bio-diverse river basin in the entire world..and it makes a fantastic camping spot. It is one of my treasured Georgia memories.
