Seems like wherever you go in the United States you hear tell about Elvis sightings. Whether he just loved the country so much he couldn’t leave, or whether it's due to an inordinate number of people who imbibe some form of hallucinogen, we may never know. Rest assured, though, it wasn’t Elvis.
That’s because he—along with a multitude of wanna-bes—haunts the streets of nearby Collingwood come one summer weekend.
Elvis impersonations. Street dancing to golden oldies. Classic car parade.
Okay—this might be the people-watching equivalent of a Saturday night in Times Square, but it’s hugely popular, drawing visitors from around the world.
So if you happen to visit in July make sure you pack your blue suede shoes.
