Coconut Juice House

Boulevard de France, Marigot, St Martin

If you like piña coladas, make a beeline for this tiny spot in Marigot. As is customary across the Caribbean, coconut juice is tapped from the fruit using a machete. Then the water is added to rum, sugar and ice to make refreshing cocktails. Or drink the water straight from the fruit. Just remember: Natural coconut water is not chilled.
