Artisanal midwestern ice cream
Long served in St. Louis restaurants, the shop has finally opened their own "naughty and nice" creamery. Rather than the "frozen dessert" that many places serve, this ice cream is free of chemicals, artificial flavors, and preservatives, and made from a rich 16-18% butterfat. The naughty and nice refers to the boozy (chocolate stout) and sober (gooey butter cake) flavors, but some of the alcohol-free flavors, such as manchego with truffles and honey, sound so good they ought to be naughty.
