City Lobster and Steak- located in the heart of Manhattan between Times Square and Rockefeller Center, lives up to its name and then some.
After being greeted by the friendly staff and live lobsters at the door, settle in and start off the evening with clam or lobster chowder, one of their deluxe salads topped with Crab of lobster, or some fresh selections from their delicious raw bar featuring both east and west coast oysters.
Choosing an entree will prove to be a challenge for any seafood lover but the house specials "angry lobster" spiced with butter, garlic, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes & comes highly recommended. The menu has a large selection of seafood and steaks and if you just can't choose between the two, they offer the surf and turf option with lobster or king crab legs and filet mignon or NY strip steak. You can even get lobster in your side if you choose the lobster mashed potatoes, or the lobster mac and cheese!
If you can manage, save room for dessert- the key lime pie and crème brûlée cheesecake are the perfect touch of sweetness to round out the meal.
