Every where I travel, I seek chocolate. My son and I were having a fun day trip in Charleston, SC. After filling our southern stomachs to the brim at Jestine's Kitchen we went seeking the good stuff. The good stuff looks fresh, taste fresh and is expensive. It should not be gritty or too sweet, rather smooth and semi-sweet. I pulled out my handy iPhone and searched for chocolate shops in downtown Charleston. To my immediate delight, we found one right around the corner. It was a small boutique that smelt like bliss. After picking out a few handmade chocolates, we paid and walked out the door. We immediately opened the box and started sampling the semi-sweet melt in your mouth goodness. A must visit!
