As a chocoholic, I rarely turn down an opportunity to eat chocolate, so I certainly couldn't turn down the opportunity to learn how to make chocolate. The Choco Museo in Granada is committed to making artisan chocolate where the cacao plant grows. And through the interactive museum's 'Beans to Bar' workshop, you can learn how to make your own chocolate bars starting with nothing but cacao beans. In this picture, one of the museum's employees engaged my husband in a friendly competition to see who could grind the cacao beans to a paste the fastest. The museum's staff and teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable about what it takes to make delicious chocolate which makes for a memorable and sweet experience!
