Big Cuisine from a Small Country at Chimborazo
Like Ecuador itself, this Ecuadorian restaurant is small in size but filled with flavor. And, like its Twin Cities home, Chimborazo welcomes you like family with a hearty homecoming meal. Share a plate (or two) of llapingachos, cheese-filled potato pancakes, but make sure to leave room for the main event, a large plate of hornado (roast pork), saltado (stir fry) or seco de carne (beef stew), most served with peppers, onion, tomato and a side of rice and sweet plantains.
