Food options are basic but reliable, with items such as tinga chicken tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, and guacamole. Perhaps the most authentic item on the menu is Mexican corn, which is served in the husk with chili powder, pepper, butter, and lime. On the drinks front, Chayo offers more than 50 tequilas, many imported from small Mexican producers. Order tequila flights to taste the difference between silver, anejo, and reposado varieties.
