In India dosas are eaten for breakfast with various chutneys. Dosas are kind of like a mix between a pancake and a crepe that are often filled with "masala" which is a mix of potato and spices. You eat dosas with your hands dipping the dosa into the chutneys.
"CTR" in Bangalore is known for having the best dosas in Bangalore so we had to go. After waiting for about 45 minutes to be seated (we had a large group so not sure if the wait is always that long) we had the opportunity to taste the dosas and they were great. The dosas here are crispier than most dosas and the flavors of the dosa + chutneys just melt in your mouth. It is definitely a fun experience and you can tell by the crowds that it is where all the locals go.
Note: be sure to check the times they are open as I think they close after breakfast.
