The Cayman Spirits Co. is an awesome place to gain information on their unique approach and practices while also getting a buzz. In a behind-the-scenes tour inside their custom-built 5000 square foot facility, you’ll see a 1200 gallon Vendome copper pot still, the 30 foot tall Gun Bay Vodka tower, and their original Christian Carl pot they use to perfect Seven Fathoms Rum. The informative staff explain and walk you through the entire process from fermentation to bottling and distributing. The tour then concludes in their tasting room where you can sample Seven Fathoms Rum, Gun Bay Vodka, and Governor’s Reserve Rum. After your tasting you can stock up on any of the items tasted as well as other local products including sauces, jams, and salts. The tours is $15 with a discounted rate available for large families and groups.
