Crystal clear waters, warm water year-round, lush greens, and fresh food... sounds pretty close to paradise. This is Boracay, a tiny island south of Luzon, easily accessible by a quick flight from Manila, or other parts of the country. Locals and international travelers come in for their beachside getaway for comfort and resort life, but if you're willing to explore, there's enough untouched terrain to enjoy the nature. By flight, you'll most likely land at Caticlan Godofredo P. Ramos Airport, a short drive away from the Jetty Port (where the photo is taken). This is at the northern most tip of Panay Island and boats chartered by your host or accommodation will whisk you away to your destination on one of the stations in Boracay to start your time in Paradise. Enjoy!
