A bodacious bodega in Seville perfect for fino and tapas.
It was January, and very cold in Seville. No one was really around as it was the off season, so you could imagine my surprise when stumbling upon this unbelievably perfect bodega situated on the corner of Calle Garcia de Vinuesa. I think just about everyone that was out for a stroll had stopped in (it was around 10pm-- when Spaniards begin considering the idea of dinner). Ham hocks were hanging, sherry glasses clinging, people laughing and smiling and just generally getting on together. It was everything I love about Spain summed up in one bar: convivial, delicious and authentic.
