. Proceedings begin at bountiful Medellín Market, where hosts and participants seek out what’s best for that day’s recipe, then retreat to the test kitchen at Casa Jacaranda to prepare everything—salsas, marinades, side dishes, and mains—from scratch, learning key techniques like using molcajetes
roasting, and wrapping tamales. Best of all is taking your seat on the rooftop terrace, beneath the house’s namesake tree, to eat all the goodies you prepared, washed down with craft cocktails and aged tequila.
